Marc brings more than 25 years of executive search experience and has led numerous assignments for international listed companies. With NextVenture, he chose to focus on entrepreneurial businesses — companies owned by entrepreneurs, families and investors, where ownership and accountability directly shape direction and value.

In periods of transition, decisions must be made. What truly advances the company? Who can take responsibility and align with the strategic ambition and culture? Is an acquisition consistent with the strategy — and is the timing right?

These questions are assessed carefully — not only on track record or financial metrics, but on judgement, ownership and discipline in execution.
